I couldn’t resist taking a photo of these mitts while I’m holding a mug 🙂 These mitts were very easy to make and a great way to learn how to knit with double pointed knitting needles.
I’ve just finished this pillow. It took a while but it looks great!
I’d originally cut these cheap Ikea curtains shorter than I was meant to. I thought the best way to fix them was to extend them with a curtain trimming with a nice design embroidered on it. I came across Sashiko stitching and thought it would be a nice touch.
Check out this hand knitted toy cat. I can’t believe how well it turned out.

The Sydney Royal Easter Show had some really creative art displays. They were also showing the winners of the arts and crafts competition.
It seems like all my friends are having babies. I’m so happy for them and it gives me the opportunity to make gifts for the baby.
